CATEGORIES OF MANICURE AND PEDICURE SPECIALISTS DEPEND ON LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE at L'Area
This structured naming convention helps in clearly communicating the expertise and experience level of the nail artist to clients and within the industry.
1. Beginner/Apprentice:
Skills: Basic nail care, simple nail designs, basic manicures and pedicures.
Training: Just starting out, often under supervision or in a training program.

2. Junior Nail Technician:
Skills: More complex nail art, better understanding of nail health, ability to perform various types of manicures and pedicures, familiarity with more products and tools.
Training: Completed basic training, may still be refining skills.

3. Intermediate Nail Technician:
Skills: Proficient in a wide range of nail techniques, including advanced nail art, acrylics, gels, and extensions, good client consultation skills.
Training: Regularly updating skills with new techniques and trends.

4. Senior Nail Technician:
Skills: Highly skilled in all aspects of nail care and design, often specializes in certain techniques or styles, excellent client consultation and management skills.
Training: Continuous professional development, often mentors junior technicians.

5. Expert Nail Artist:
Skills: Expert in the field, often recognized for their work, highly skilled in innovative and trend-setting designs.
Training: Leader in industry trends, often teaches or conducts workshops.
