ARTIST EXPERIENCE LEVEL
Not all artists offer the same level of work. Some specialize in basic styles (solid color, French), while others perform advanced designs. Each artist’s page includes details about their experience level. Please review this before booking to ensure expectations match the selected provider.
CHOOSING A SERVICE
Please book the exact service you need. Each service is scheduled for a specific amount of time. Requests that require more time than booked may not be accommodated and can affect the schedule of other clients. If you are unsure which service to choose, contact us before booking.
PAYMENTS & DEPOSITS (IMPORTANT)
A deposit is required to secure your appointment.
• Deposits reserve your time
• Deposits are applied toward your service
• Deposits are non-refundable in cases of:
– late cancellation
– no-shows
– or once service time has started
All payments and refunds are processed through third-party providers and include a non-refundable 4% processing fee per transaction.
This means:
- a fee is charged when you book
- and a fee is charged again if a refund is issued
These fees are charged by the payment processor and are the client’s responsibility.
PAYMENT METHOD NOTICE
Appointment deposits paid with American Express are not accepted.
Please use Visa or Mastercard when booking.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)
• You may cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance
• Less than 24 hours before your appointment:
– online cancellation is disabled
– deposits are not refundable
– calling or messaging does not override this policy
If you are unable to attend due to illness or emergency, the policy still applies.
The appointment time has already been reserved for you.
LATE ARRIVALS
• 15-minute grace period
• After 15 minutes — $15 late fee
• After 20 minutes — appointment may be canceled and treated as a no-show.
